Build and Price
The new Sportage PHEV shares the same design philosophy as the acclaimed Kia Sorento and Kia Telluride. You can see it in the signature star-map front and rear lighting profiles, the broad-shouldered stance and the bold, aerodynamic wheel design.
Sportage PHEV employs a feature-rich array of available next-level Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) technologies. From collision-avoidance systems to multi-camera monitoring, they observe, sense, and intervene when your driving safety is at risk.
FFor 2026, all Sportage models are equipped to receive automatic over-the-air (OTA) updates to many of their electronically controlled systems, including the hybrid powertrain. This gives you easy access to updates and available upgrades with fewer dealership visits over the life of the vehicle.
An available heads-up display (HUD) technology projects key driving information – including vehicle speed, battery status and navigation directions – onto the inside of the windshield. With the information displayed just below your eyeline, you’re always on top of the driving situation.
The Kia Connect smartphone app supports a full range of services to enhance the security, comfort and confidence of driving your Sportage PHEV. It even includes a remote monitoring function using the available Surround View Monitor to capture photos of your vehicle to be sure it’s safe.
Available Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2.0 helps you avoid forward collisions and adds even more safety features, including: Junction Crossing to detect potential intersection collisions; Lane-Change Side and Lane-Change Oncoming for safer lane changes; and Evasive Steering Assist.
Lane Keeping Assist warns you if you leave your lane without signaling and can provide automatic assistance to help you steer your way back to safety in situations where might be in danger of leaving the road.
Bravely go venturing out with available Blind Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, which actively monitors your blind spots for approaching vehicles and intervenes to reduce the risk of an accident.
This peace-of-mind system activates whenever the transmission is placed in Reverse to detect traffic approaching from either side of your vehicle. A signal flashes in the mirror corresponding to the direction of the oncoming traffic, helping you avoid collisions with vehicles you may not be able to see.
Using ultrasonic sensors around the vehicle, this standard Sportage PHEV feature helps make parking easier by warning you about objects that may not be visible to you during low-speed parking manoeuvres.
Cameras located around the vehicle provide you with 360-degree view of the area around your Sportage PHEV to assist in parking situations and other tight-space maneuvers. Smart View Monitor can also be used to monitor your vehicle when parked, using the Kia Connect app.
This driver assistance system automatically speeds up or slows down the vehicle to match the speed of traffic. Also included is an Emergency Stop function, which will bring the vehicle to a slow, safe stop if it detects that the driver is not responding to commands to regain vehicle control.
An available Digital Key allows your smartphone to unlock and start the vehicle and turn on the climate control system without the phone leaving your pocket or bag. A Share Key function also lets you give vehicle access to others via their phones.
Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are standard on Sportage PHEV. You can also add available features such as ventilated front seats and heated rear seats to provide ideal comfort for everyone onboard, regardless of the weather.
Panoramic dual 12.3" digital instrument cluster and infotainment displays are easy to read and operate in any light.
An available dashboard display switches instantly between infotainment features and climate control functions with the touch of an on-screen icon.
Sportage HEV is available with a convenient wireless device charger, located close at hand in the centre console.
